Summer Reimbursement Post Approvals Due 9/23-10/4
Students requesting reimbursement for courses taken over the summer must submit all original summer reimbursement request documents including:
- Summer Reimbursement Form with pre-approval signature (forms without this signature will not be accepted)
- Proof of passing grade for all summer courses taken (failed, incomplete, or withdrawn courses are not eligible for reimbursement)
- Original receipts
- Proof of placement into Math 095 or Math 096 for students requesting reimbursement for Math Prep
Late or incomplete forms will not be accepted.
